[ Chocolate Milk ] – A “miracle” drink for health
Chocolate milk, one of the most popular drinks in the world. They not only makes you feel happy every time you drink it, but also has very good health effects. Can be seen as a powerful restorative method for a tired body.
Since April 2017, researchers from PubMed, Scopus and Google have conducted a synthesis of all studies on chocolate milk trials and its impact on workout recovery now on. In addition, another study published in the Journals of Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism found that athletes who drank chocolate milk were able to retain more of the water in their milk during an exercise session.
Therefore, you absolutely do not need to use another supplement that is too expensive to keep your energy. Simply add about 1 or 1/2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to about 250mml of milk and you have an effective drink for your workout. If you are a sweet person, you can consider adding 1 teaspoon of sugar to enhance the sweetness of the drink.
