Description

Cocoa powder Horeca – is a quality product of Vinacacao, made from pure cocoa powder, sugar. Can be used directly for drinking or used in food processing.

Horeca cocoa powder is ideal for use in restaurants, hotels, cafes.

Ingredients: Cocoa powder, maltodextrin, dextrose, chocolate flavor, stabilizer (E466, E407).

Nutrition Facts:

• Moisture > 5%.
• Protein >= 6.5%.
• Fat >=8%.

Usage: 

• Hot drink: 2 spoon (15g) bột cocoa horeca + 75ml  of boiling water & stirring
• Cool drink: 3 spoon (20g) bột cocoa horeca + 75ml of boiling water & stirring (with cubic ices)

Storage: Keep cool & dry place at temperture 20 – 25 độ C. Avoid direct sunlight
